All professional service fees are non-refundable, as they reflect the time, planning, and expertise invested in preparing your travel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy (This cancellation fee is non-refundable)
If you choose to cancel your booking, a CAD $100 + HST (where applicable) cancellation fee will apply, in addition to any penalties or fees charged by the travel supplier.

While I work diligently to ensure your travel experience runs smoothly, I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
This includes, but is not limited to, flight delays, schedule changes, accommodation issues, attraction modifications, or weather-related disruptions.
I’ll always do my best to assist and help resolve any problems, but I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control.
